The current version of Turrican's TWPMUD2 client can be found on this page. It's a compact client which will both run in a DOS window and full-screen. It resembles the F2 and F3 modes of the good old Wireplay client but also has an improved F2 mode, "F4", and other new features.
A new version is currently being worked on, so look back here for the latest release.
Quick instructions:
Configuration Options:
| Option | Effect of the option |
| -f2 | "F2" mode - much like the F2 mode of the old Wireplay client - including an input line and borders. |
| -f3 | "F3" mode - much like the F3 mode of the old Wireplay client - NO input line and NO borders ... the power-interface! |
| -f4 | "F4" mode - very similar to F2, but with a simpler layout to allow more text to be displayed. |
| -r<num> | The client window should have <num> rows. If you're interested in playing full-screen instead of in a window, 25, 43 and 50 are the only values that are likely to work here. |
| The client window should have <num> columns. If you're interested in playing full-screen instead of in a window, this must be 80. | |
| -b | Enable beeps! |
| -l<file> | Log your session to <file>. |
